Robinhood Crypto brought me on as an embedded product design contractor to help scale engagement and performance across both the core app and its non-custodial wallet. In that role, I have focused on turning complex crypto behaviors, such as swapping, onboarding, and discovering new assets, into approachable experiences that convert well for both new and advanced customers.

My work has contributed to major growth in swaps, reduced loss during onboarding flows, and higher engagement with newly launched tokens and features, while maintaining guardrails appropriate for a regulated financial product. I also led the design of the first revenue generating experiences for Robinhood Wallet, helping define how value can be added without compromising trust or usability.
