Robinhood Crypto brought me on as an embedded product design contractor to help scale engagement and performance across both the core app and its non-custodial wallet. In that role, I've focused on turning complex crypto behaviors—swapping, onboarding, and discovering new assets—into approachable experiences that convert well for both new and advanced users.
My work has contributed to:
- Major growth in swap usage through targeted UX improvements to the swap flow
- Reduced drop-off during onboarding by redesigning key trust-building steps
- Higher engagement with newly launched tokens and features
- The first revenue-generating experiences for Robinhood Wallet, defining how value can be added without compromising trust or usability—all while maintaining guardrails appropriate for a regulated financial product.
